For me, that initial hurdle was too great, causing the change to be delayed. The BOOST Your Life program made me realize that the principle works the other way around &#8211; that I had to free up energy first before I could start changing my lifestyle.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Together with my coach Emilio, I identified my energy leaks. Besides identifying where my energy leaks were, it was mainly about how I could positively influence them. Of course, some insights were confronting but they were also bearable. Because a guide does not judge or condemn behavior.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>What did the BOOST Your Life program bring me? New energy. But above all, the feeling that I&#8217;ve been working on something I&#8217;ve wanted to do for a long time.
